The Ministry Collaborative

The Ministry Collaborative, headquartered in Powder Springs, Georgia, is a national initiative that nurtures Christian leaders through innovative, cross-denominational support. Formerly known as the Macedonian Ministry, this organization convenes pastors and congregational leaders from over 23 denominations across the United States and beyond.

Its mission is to cultivate deep spiritual formation and courageous leadership by offering peer-learning cohorts, retreats, coaching, and curated resources. Through these gatherings, participants explore pressing cultural challenges, strengthen theological reflection, and develop sustainable practices for ministry. The Ministry Collaborative is grounded in the belief that faithful leadership thrives in community—not isolation.

Its blog, Digging a Deeper Well, co-authored by leaders including Rev. Mark Ramsey, offers weekly reflections for spiritual depth and congregational vitality. Supported by the Macedonian Ministry Foundation, the Collaborative helps clergy and congregations refocus on what matters most in ministry.
